Quite a selection of delicious products has already left our kitchen:
- tasty hamburgers with stewed white onions
- numerous variations of spinach, from fresh to deep-frozen
- Greek style small meat balls
- German potato salad, dressed with mayonnaise
- delicately seasoned chicken dishes
- a variety of strudels (thin dough) with sweet or spicy fillings
- coke drinks, cooled down to precisely 8°C
- white wine from the German regions of Baden-Württemberg and Franconia and from Italy
- sparkling Prosecco
- light milk products for dessert
- a selection of fruit yoghurts
- and for coffee or tea: a nice piece of luxury chocolate
And this is only an excerpt. Our equipment includes:
- cooking plates
- BBQ and small baking ovens
- microwave ovens
- ample refrigerating and deep-freeze capacities
- a large variety of pans, pots, bowls, crockery and cutlery
Our kitchen runs at full steam to prepare your food tastingtests which can take the form of:
- face-to-face interviews
- focus groups
- gang surveys with up to 20 respondents per session
and can be carried out as paper-and-pencil interviews, self-completions, online interviews or online self-completions.
Our cooking team - in its hygienic outfit (wearing white coats, bonnets/caps and gloves) will fry, bake, cook, arrange and serve the dishes.
